Winter Survival Gude


December 22, 2011 today was the first day of winter!!
 Dallas Fort Worth Texas Area reached a chilling 65 freakin’ degrees today. “Burr” : /
 Those of you who are experiencing winter weather I’ve created a survival guide for ya.


Fighting the Common Cold
  • Drink plenty of water At least 9 cups.
  •  Eliminate Dairy products, sugar, and fried foods to increase mucus release
  • Eat plenty of steamed veggies and fresh fruits
  • And my number one choice REST

Vitamin C: 3000 mg
Echinacea Root Tea

Grapefruit seed extract capsules


When Dryness Strikes Winter Skin Care:
  • Avoid taking long hot baths, showers and saunas
  • If taking a bath add a couple of drops of essential oils.  
**Hint Hint Peppermint ** add a few drops for a little holiday cheer :)
